All of these head placements are tintable and reskinnable. (They use the same UV mapping as the SL avatar head.)
These four terrifying head replacements are currently available exclusively at Horrorfest 2013 (October 19th to November 8th) where a portion of the proceeds will go to benefit Epilepsy Therapy Project.

Ahhh, those are so adorable and they benefit a good cause. Would’ve bought them all if I hadn’t already bought a lot of other stuff in your store. I’ll have to settle for just the Grinder Face for now :3
